Our race day village sets us apart from many races by giving our race participants a chance to shop and visit our sponsor, vendors and exhibitors before and after the race.  Our 2011 vendors were delighted with their experience and business was booming!!  This year we are antipating 4,000 women plus families, volunteers and spectators.  What an awesome opportunity to sell products, distribute samples, and gain greater exposure  - all for just $250!!. And our race participants love meeting those who come out to support the BWC!

 

You would be setting up your booth on Rash Field before 6:30 a.m., and remaining until about 10:00 a.m. We will provide a 10-foot table and chairs, and helpful volunteers to assist in unloading your vehicle. We recommend bringing a tablecloth and a 10x10 pop-up tent for shade coverage. Also consider having a buddy join you that day!
