"I am a group leader for a women's running team called Moms in Motion. It is our mission to create a positive, energetic running team for our moms here in Harford County. So many women take little to no time for themselves, and always give, give, give. We really try to support each other with setting positive, healthy goals and then helping each other obtain them. For some of the ladies in our group, this will be their first race; for others, it will be their 20th—but for all of us it represents 12 weeks of taking time for "me." This team of women has worked hard, made huge sacrifices to train (sleep deprived and all) and always manages to pick a fellow team member up when she is down.
