Packet Pick-Up

Sunday, June 24th (race day)
Starting at 6:30AM at Rash Field

Please be advised that at all packet pick-ups prior to race day, a note of permission will be required to pick up someone else's packet. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

You can also register in person at any of these locations, but only the first 3,000 registrants are guaranteed a shirt and goody bag!


6:30AM - Onsite registration and packet pick-up begins at Rash Field

7:30AM - National Anthem, followed by Brick Bodies Warm-Up at the stage

8:00AM - 5K Start

9:00AM - Kids Fun Run Start

9:15AM - Awards at the stage

9:30AM - Yoga with Free to Breathe around the stage (Bag Check your mat before the race!)

8:00AM - 11:00AM - Festival Village open!


Amenities include:

  • Technical T-shirt
  • A rose at the finish
  • Cool towel at the finish

Shirts and Bags only guaranteed to first 3,500 registrants.


The Mercy Baltimore Women’s Classic 5K is very much a family affair. The Sis Simpson Fun Run is a Co-ed Fun Run for children 8 years and younger is held at the conclusion of the 5K. The emphasis is truly on FUN! You can register your kids when you register yourself. At the 2017 race, nearly 150 children participated in the Kids’ Fun Run. Awards will be given to the top three women overall, and to the top master, top grandmaster, and top senior grandmaster.

Recognition awards to top three finishers in age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, and in five-year increments up to 70 & over.

Prize for the largest team 

Special recognition for all mother/daughter participants

And again this year, Finisher Medals will be given to each participant that completes the 5K.

The Mercy Baltimore Women's Classic 5K is a rain or shine event, and the race will go on as planned unless thunder and/or lightning is detected at race time, or other extreme weather is present. Standard practice is to wait 30 minutes after lightning or thunder is detected to begin the race. If after waiting 1 hour we still have lightning and/or thunder in the area will will be forced to cancel the race. Unfortunately, race registration fees cannot be refunded.
